i grew up in the bay area and have been cooking since i was a little kid.
i earned my culinary degree at the natural gourmet institute in new york city, and have been cooking and baking professionally for the past 20 years.
through food i aim to nourish, support, heal and inspire.
by offering recipes i hope to empower people to try cooking.
